why do parents only zone in on the bad stuff on report slips? Oodles of good stuff is never seen, but the tiniest bit of bad stands out like a sore thumb. I mean, my mother, ____ her, took one look at my progress report and started yelling about my A.MATH. wth. At least i got a _______ A. and nooooo... she NEVER sees my english or geog marks. she NEVER sees the improvement i made in my SSLIT. she NEVER saw that i finally passed chinese. she NEVER saw that the mean mark for physics was 45% and i got above average. nope. she immediately started blaming ME for the A2 i got in A.math and physics. i told her to go and die. then she started yelling at me about how i'm an ungrateful brat. pft. as if she could have done well in physics. why do parents never see the good side? is a little encouragement too little to ask for? no wonder i dont study.
