i woke up really late today, i think it might be because i've been sleeping a lot the last week. (why?)
finally imported the sims into a package, to install in my notebook. :) maybe now i'll have more stuff for us to do! :) after all, my notebook is so much faster. and the screen is bigger! :)
but my dad's attempting to get my notebook connected to the net today so i guess i'll just stay out of his way. (honestly, why not just set up a wireless network? so much easier.) i think he didnt succeed cos he's been sorta quiet.

do you know what woke me up?
my mother boiled one of those weird-tasting herbal soups, and well, she went out and forgot to take it off the fire, so when the egg she put inside exploded, it was loud enough to wake me up. :D
i got roped into helping her clean out her cupboards too, and i found this *cough* book called "Dirty Dave's 101 X-Rated Jokes". needless to say, it was snatched away from me and hidden somewhere else. -.- i mean, although you KNOW your parents were once young and all, its just a little.. troubling. disturbing. and i wasnt even aware they READ joke books.
