my blog's dead. :D
mostly, anyway.
Friday's class reunion thingy was really fun. :D TEH FOOD WAS AWESOME. ^^ Marina ate a whole lot more than me, haha. ;P The beef there's good, and the paos were GREAT. GREAT!!! Stef never showed, though, and i wish maybe Dermie or the others could've come along too.
Marina and me, with some help from Serene also made some foul concoction from leftover food, sauces, scraps, ice-cream, fruits, anything that you can think of. yup. apparently, according to yating, it smelt like garbage after we were done. :D marina actually tried some and said it was quite nice though. O.o
Was going to Cineleisure with Serene to watch Narnia, and apparently Kat was going there to watch The Happening with her dear Jon too, so me and Serene made some sort of stalking jokes. :D lol.
Watched Narnia after that, thought the mouse, Reepicheep, was really funny. :D. the awesome kid centeur whose sword was way too low was really adorable, too. I still dont see exactly why theres all the hype about prince caspian, so i'll just leave it to the people who feel strongly about it.
well...then yesterday there was something horrible called CIP, we had to go collect the food from the Lentor people. You wouldnt believe how many people claimed we didnt inform them about it, although we made the trip there last week just to do door to door and try to personally inform them that we were collecting. :<
It was the hottest day EVER. didnt help that i didnt even remember about CIP until ZiMing reminded me about it. thats the good part about there being so many classes doing this thing, i guess.
after collection, snagged a soon-to-expire can of cadbury drinking chocolate from Nisha and Shimin's collection, yay! Had a nice long catch-up chat with them, Nisha's got an awesome new hairstyle. :D i couldnt even recognise her at first.
Ah, amazingly, our class had one food item with an expiry date of 2001! 2001! That was so long ago i'm surprised it isnt growing mould already. Then, there was this packet of something that kind of looked like dung... it came in a packet that was expired anyway, so we just put it aside, i guess.
Lunch after that, ate at Yishun's food court. I saw one of those old cart-escalators, whatever they're called. :D never actually seen one before, so it was kind of a novelty.
went back home and slept until 9pm after that, then when i woke up, i found out my parents apparently were so influenced by me snoozing away they decided to go sleep too. haha. Kinda amusing, in a way. :D
Still not sure what my group's doing for FoM...hmm...
